Initial Appointment

Service Description

Book into a 60 minute initial appointment. In this appointment, you and Josie will talk through your background thoroughly so that collaboratively you can explore the area you want to focus on. By the end of this appointment, you will receive a realistic plan to work towards and the resources you need to support you going forward. If you wish to book further follow-up appointments with Josie, please use the "Review appointment" service.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations after this will lose their 25% deposit.
