Do I need to prepare anything for my appointment?
No earlier than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be sent a short pre-assessment form. This will include a consent form, a short personal information questionnaire and details of your general practitioner (GP). This should take you 5-10 minutes to fill out and return back to us.
What if I can't make my booking or I need to cancel?
We reserve the right to keep full payments for any appointments that you book but do not attend or that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
If you cancel within 24 hours, just a deposit of £20 will be kept.
What if I need additional tests or treatments?
If you require additional investigations or treatment, we will write to your GP or we can recommend a trusted private healthcare professional. We do not receive any incentives for referring you onto other, private healthcare professionals.
