Following your initial assessment, you can book further review appointments to discuss your progress since your last session. This appointment will last 30 minutes. Here you and Josie will work together to create further personalised goals to help you achieve your healthier, happier self.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations after this will lose their 25% deposit.
